MANCHESTER UNITED star Andreas Pereira has praised new signing Romelu Lukaku, labelling him a 'funny guy.'

Pereira and Lukaku are now team-mates at Manchester United with both players set to play a key role this forthcoming campaign.
The former spent last season on loan in La Liga with Granada, impressing despite their relegation to the second tier of Spanish football.
Lukaku, meanwhile, is the club's marquee signing so far.
The Belgium international had been tipped to join Chelsea at the start of the summer but instead swapped Everton for Manchester United in a huge £75million deal.
And Pereira has given a glowing appraisal of the Red Devils' new No9, hailing his sense of humour.

"I'm already friends with [Romelu] Lukaku," he said after United's pre-season win over Sampdoria on Wednesday.
"We both grew up in Belgium.
"He's a funny guy, we get on well."
Pereira is set to be named in Jose Mourinho's Premier League and Champions League squads for the forthcoming season.
And the 21-year-old has expressed his desire to earn Mourinho's trust.

"I've had a good preseason; I've showed that I've learned during my time away on loan and I also have more to show," he added.
"The Real Madrid game was the one which I enjoyed most. But there's a good atmosphere in the group.
"I just want to make sure that I can show everyone at the training ground and inside the stadium what I can do.
"I want to continue my development and find a way into the team."
