According to the Sun on Sunday, Newcastle are ready to buy Perez despite the Spaniard wanting a return to La Liga.
Perez, 28, only joined Arsenal in a £17million deal last season but failed to impress in his debut Premier League campaign.
Arsenal want to sell, having already signed Alexandre Lacazette this summer, and are open to offers.
