Tottenham in talks for defender Juan Foyth: £10m deal could be finalised this week
TOTTENHAM are in talks with Argentinian side Estudiantes for teenage defender Juan Foyth, according to reports.
Juan Foyth could be a Tottenham player by the end of the week
Tottenham are yet to make any signings this summer but are reportedly keen to strengthen their defence.
Monaco centre-half Kamil Glik has already been linked with a move to the north London club this week.
And according to the London Evening Standard, young Argentine talent Juan Foyth could soon be linking up with Spurs.
The report says Tottenham have held talks with Estudiantes officials for the 19-year-old and a deal is in the pipeline.

Spurs could reportedly pay as much as £10million for the highly-rated teenager who featured for Argentina Under-20s at last month's World Cup.
Estudiantes president Juan Sebastian Veron - formerly of Manchester United and Chelsea - is expected to lead the talks over the coming days.
The ex-midifelder will reportedly fly to Italy to hold talks with representatives from the Premier League club.
And a deal could be finalised for Foyth by the end of the week.
When asked about playing football in Europe, Foyth said: “I like competitive leagues more than anything.
"I always watch the English, Italian and Spanish leagues.”
Foyth is a versatile defender and can play as a left or right-sided centre-half, as well as a deep-lying midfielder.
He made four first-team appearances for Estudiantes last season.
