And Mourinho has made big changes to his starting XI.
The average age of United’s starting XI is the club’s youngest ever in the Premier League at 22 years and 284 days.
Seven changes have been made in all, with Scott McTominay, Demi Mitchell, Josh Harrop and Joel Pereira making their Premier League debuts.

Wayne Rooney starts for a fifth consecutive match.
And Paul Pogba is back in the midfield as expected after having time off for family reasons.
Rooney will captain United today on what is expected to be his last match at Old Trafford before he leaves the club.
Rooney has been a bit-part player under Mourinho this season and has offers to leave in the summer.
Experienced pair Eric Bailly and Phil Jones anchor the centre of defence for United.
As for Crystal Palace, Patrick van Aanholt is back in the XI after coming off the bench to score in the 4-0 win over Hull last weekend.
James McArthur also comes into the side, replacing Yohan Cabaye, who is not in the squad.
