Manchester United and Real Madrid both want to sign Mbappe this summer.
Monaco have already reportedly rejected a £63million bid from an unnamed club for the France international.
Real Madrid are said to be willing to raise their price to as much as £85m (€100m) for the attacker.
But Vadim Vasilyev says the Monaco board have decided that they will only sell their academy product if he asks to leave.
“Kylian Mbappe has no price. If he wants to leave then we’ll discuss it,” he told Maxifoot.
Our wish is to extend Mbappe’s contract, that’s a certainty
“Are we ready to refuse an offer of €100m? Of course, no doubt!
“We want to keep him for at least one more season so he can continue his formidable progression and help us dream bigger.
“Our wish is to extend Mbappe’s contract, that’s a certainty.
“We’ve said to all the players that we won’t talk about the future before the end of the season.
“I insist no player has talked about his future, not one. We’ve all been focused, otherwise we wouldn’t have won this title.”

Mbappe is one a number of players on manager Mourinho’s summer shopping list.
The 18-year-old has been instrumental in helping Monaco secure the Ligue 1 title.
He also made his France debut earlier this season, during which he caught the eye of France legend and Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez appears keen to sign a ‘Galactico’-style player this summer, with Mbappe fitting the bill.
However, the Bernabeu club may have to sell players first to make room for the gem, with James Rodriguez and Alvaro Morata supposedly edging towards an exit.
