GLENN HODDLE believes former Barcelona star Dani Alves will come back to haunt Real Madrid in the final of the Champions League.

Juventus beat Monaco 4-2 on aggregate in the semi-final to reach the final in Cardiff early next month.
They are likely to play Real Madrid, who are 3-0 up heading into the second leg of their semi against Atletico.
Alves backed up his two assists in the first leg with another assist in the second, as well as a stunning volley to double the Old Lady’s advantage in the 2-1 win in Turin.

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri utilised a 3-4-3 formation against Monaco, with Alves as right wing-back, and Hoddle has heaped praise on the Brazilian.
“He (Allegri) has been shrewd,” he said on BT Sport.
“He’s switched into that back three, up until the first leg it was a back four.
“I think he’s got to keep that back three for the final. If it’s Real Madrid, definitely keep that back three.

“We talk about their defence, but how they get out with the wing-backs they’ve got.
“Dani Alves has been outstanding in two legs and Santos on the other side, it’s fantastic. It’s a great system working for them.”
“For me I quite fancy them whoever it is, whether it’s Atletico or Real Madrid.”
