It is thought the Ligue 1 side want £100m for the 18-year-old and that Real are more likely to stump up the cash.
But Falcao, who endured a disastrous season-long loan spell at United, says Mbappe should remain with him in Monte Carlo.
Asked if Mbappe could leave for La Liga, Falcao said: “Why not go to Spain?"

He then immediately added: “But in the future.
"He is a very good player, very young, and he is proving himself in every game.
“He always try to show up and contribute to the team. I hope you understand.”
