It was reported yesterday that Mourinho had enforced a crackdown on posts by his players ahead of match days.
The Manchester United boss is understood to be frustrated with the information given away on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.

The new guidelines means players cannot publish any pictures from training or the club within 48 hours of a match.
But following training this morning ahead of tomorrow's Europa League semi-final against Celta Vigo, Bailly posted a video to Instagram of team-mate Juan Mata dancing with a football.
While the footage is largely harmless, Mourinho could be upset with the video.
Mourinho’s side have landed in Spain ahead of their clash with Celta tomorrow and the Portuguese boss is set to give a press conference at 6pm this evening.

Mourinho will be buoyed by Bailly's return to training after he limped out of Sunday's 1-1 draw with Swansea.
United have endured an injury crisis in recent weeks, with Luke Shaw also coming off in the clash against the Swans.
Mata, meanwhile, could also be back in contention for a place in United's team tomorrow after recovering from surgery on his groin in March.
