Barcelona line up shock Chelsea transfer: It all hinges on this Arsenal deal
BARCELONA have reportedly lined up Chelsea's Cesar Azpilicueta if they fail to sign Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin.
Barcelona are running the rule over Chelsea ace Cesar Azpilicueta
Barcelona are in desperate need of a right-back and have failed to replace Dani Alves who joined Juventus last summer.
Aleix Vidal and Sergi Roberto have both failed to make the grade, leading Barca to go looking in the transfer market.
Arsenal star Hector Bellerin is said to be their No 1 target and a £34million bid is reportedly in the pipeline.

But if a deal for the Spain international fails, Barca will reportedly turn their attention to Chelsea man Cesar Azpilicueta, according to newspaper Sport.
The 27-year-old has caught the eye this season playing as part of Antonio Conte's formidable back three.
However, the former Osasuna man is equally adept as a full-back on either side of the defence, making him a perfect candidate for Barca.
The Blues are unlikely to let Azpilicueta leave without a fight and he is under contract at Stamford Bridge until June 2020.
Sport claim if the Spain international is out of reach then they will turn their focus to Bayer Leverkusen ace Benjamin Henrichs.
The 20-year-old is similarly versatile and has played in both full-back positions for the Bundesliga side this term.
