The Frenchman is understood to have a two-year-contract offer from the club.

However critics believe Wenger will ultimately determine his future.
And according to the Telegraph, the possibility of Wenger staying in charge has "shocked" their big rivals in the league.

The report adds that there is "surprise" at Wenger being given the freedom to decide what he does rather than the club.
And one insider claims Arsenal face dropping further off the leaders if Wenger remains.
