EVERTON boss Ronald Koeman is getting tough with Ross Barkley after delivering an ultimatum to either sign a new contract or be sold.

The Dutchman is planning his summer transfer targets and wants a decision from Barkley, who is out of contract at the end of next season before the end of May.
