Zaha is greatly admired by Tottenham, who see him as a wingman who could provide even more ammunition for Harry Kane.

Zaha has played a major role in that revival and Allardyce said: “I hope it’s not easy to turn Wilf’s head. I hope he can now make his own decisions instead of relying on what others may say.
“He should stay at Palace for the foreseeable future, play every week, and become a key man for Palace, because he’s getting closer to becoming the final product.
“I have no control on whether he says or not. I just want to see him on the pitch making headlines for all the right reasons.”
