Cairney has enjoyed a stunning campaign for Fulham, scoring 11 goals and providing as many assists to earn a place in the PFA Championship Team of the Year.

According to The Mirror, Newcastle will launch a £10million bid for Cairney once they seal promotion back to the Premier League.
Rafa Benitez's side can secure an automatic promotion spot tonight if they beat Preston at St James' Park (7.45pm).
Fulham currently occupy the Championship's final play-offs spot with two games of the season remaining and will struggle to keep hold of Cairney if they fail to go up.

Cairney, 26, is said to be keen to prove himself in the Premier League after failing to make the cut at former club Hull, where he made just 11 top-flight appearances.
Newcastle could face competition for Bournemouth and Burnley, with both clubs having sent scouts to watch Cairney in action throughout the season.
