Luka Modric is a fan favourite at Real Madrid and is considered one of the least likely players to leave alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, Spanish outlet Don Balon claim the Croatia international has had his head turned by Bayern Munich.
And Real president Florentino Perez is reportedly considering cashing in on the 31-year-old.

The report says Bayern have tabled an offer in the region of £30million for the former Tottenham star.
And Perez is said to have already begun running the rule over a handful of replacements for the midfielder.
The shortlist includes Paris Saint-Germain's Marco Verratti, Monaco's Bernardo Silva and Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho.
Coutinho has already been linked with a move to Spain in the summer - to Real's great rivals Barcelona.
And Neymar has talked up his fellow countryman joining him at the Nou Camp on numerous occasions this season.
"A Premier League player that I would like to have in Barcelona is Coutinho," he said last month.
"I believe Philippe Coutinho is a player that would totally fit in Barcelona."
