Abraham joined Bristol City in the summer and has been crucial in their efforts to stay in the Championship with 22 league goals so far.
The England Under-21 international is only three strikes behind Leeds hitman Chris Wood, the league's leading goalscorer.

The 19-year-old recently admitted he dreams of playing in the Premier League and has been linked with a summer move to Leicester.
And City boss Johnson believes Chelsea are in line for a big fee if they do opt to sell Abraham, but will welcome back a matured striker should they decide to keep him.
Johnson said of Abraham: "I think he's been a fantastic signing for us. We appreciate it from Chelsea, but we've done well for Tammy and Chelsea.

"The market value has shot up on him, if they ever want to sell him, but also we've helped develop him.
"That only comes from Tammy being such a good lad and working as hard as he has. This will be an unbelievable learning curve for him."
