Barcelona need to overturn a 3-0 first-leg defeat to progress to the Champions League semi-finals.
Dybala scored Juve’s first two goals before Georgio Chiellini netted a third at the Juventus Stadium last week.
But Argentine Dybala is an injury concern ahead of the return leg.
Reports in Italy this morning claim Dybala trained as normal with his Juve team-mates after injuring his ankle at the weekend.
Dybala, 23, came off on 54 minutes of Juve’s 2-0 win at Pescara.
He also spent time in the treatment room at Juve’s training complex, with club staff reportedly confident he will take part in Wednesday’s game.
Dybala is expected to return to full training tomorrow, where his fitness will be assessed.

Were Dybala to miss the Nou Camp clash then it would likely be a major boost to Barcelona, who came back from 4-0 down against Paris Saint-Germain to progress from the last-16 round.
Barca beat Real Sociedad 3-2 at the weekend to end a two-game losing streak, with Neymar suspended for that game after being sent off in Barca’s previous La Liga clash.
Barca wanted to sign Dybala this summer but their interest has now ended after the striker signed a new contract in Turin last week.
