Liverpool defender Ragnar Klavan is out with a knee injury and is replaced by Lucas Leiva in the heart of defence.
While Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho both return to Liverpool's front line in place of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ben Woodburn.
West Brom have also made three changes, with Chris Brunt, Matt Phillips and Hal Robson-Kanu coming in for Allan Nyom, James Morrison and Salomon Rondon.
