MANCHESTER UNITED legend Bryan Robson says he’s “not bothered” if the club sacrifice their Premier League campaign in order to win the Europa League.

Manchester United can qualify for next season’s Champions League by claiming the Europa League trophy this term.
Jose Mourinho’s men could also qualify for Europe’s elite club competition by finishing in the top four of the Premier League.
But, with United four points off fourth-place Manchester City, winning the Europa League may be an easier task for the side, who face Anderlecht in the first leg of their quarter-final clash tonight.

And Robson, who won two league titles, three FA Cups, the League Cup and the European Cup Winners’ Cup during his 13-year spell at Old Trafford, believes his former club should go all in to win the Europa League.
"We must be really solid but on the front foot," Robson told MUTV.
"It's a major competition for us.

"United are all about winning trophies and it's a real hard task to finish in the top four because we've had a lot more games.
“If we win it, it'll have been a very successful season.
“I’m not bothered even if we finish eighth, if we can win this competition."
