Gilmour, 15, is regarded as one of the brightest young talents in football and has been attracting interest from a host of top clubs.
And The Scottish Sun claim Arsenal are the latest club to make an approach for the Rangers youngster.

The Gunners are renowned for spotting top young talent and developing them into stars.
It is suggested Gilmour's parents were impressed with Arsenal during their visit to the club.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has already agreed a deal to sign Billy Gilmour in the summer
However, Gilmour has apparently rejected their approach and will now decide to either stay at Rangers or sign for Chelsea.
But Express Sport understands Rangers have already admitted defeat in keeping Gilmour after agreeing a deal with Chelsea.
It is understood Gilmour will join the Blues for a fee that could top £600,000 and he will make the move to Stamford Bridge when he turns 16 in June.
