Arsenal transfer shock: Alexandre Lacazette has agreed to join this club - report
ARSENAL have been dealt a huge blow in their pursuit of Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette, according to reports in Spain.

Arsenal have been long-term admirers of Lacazette and offered £40million to sign the 25-year-old last summer but Lyon refused to sell.
And they look set to miss out on signing him again this summer.
Spanish radio station COPE claim that Atletico Madrid have an agreement in place to sign Lacazette.

Lacazette has been in sensational form for Lyon this season
Atletico chiefs reportedly met with the France international's representatives last month where they reached a verbal agreement.
But the report also claims that any deal with the La Liga side is dependant on them having their transfer ban lifted.
Atletico lost appeals against FIFA bans on signing players in the 2017 transfer windows last year.

Real Madrid also received a similar transfer ban but had theirs reduced, meaning they will be able to sign players this summer.
And the report from COPE claims Atletico are also confident of having their ban cut.
Lacazette has been in phenomenal form for Lyon this season, scoring 23 Ligue 1 strikes this season and averaging better than one goal per game.
