ARSENAL are reportedly monitoring the situation of Schalke midfielder Leon Goretzka.

He’s made 31 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring six goals and providing two assists.
And the Germany international has played an integral role in Schalke reaching the quarter-finals of the Europa League, where they face Ajax next month.
German newspaper Bild say the Gunners and Juventus are keeping an eye on Goretzka, with his current contract ending in 2018.

It is claimed the midfielder, who could cost around £15.6million (€18m), has rejected a contract renewal with a release clause.
And it may force Schalke to sell the player in the summer to avoid losing him on a free.
