Harry Kane Injury: Tottenham and striker both release statements
HARRY KANE suffered ligament damage in Tottenham’s win over Millwall, the club have confirmed.
Kane’s suffers ankle injury against Millwall
Kane, 23, went down 10 minutes into the 6-0 FA Cup win over London rivals Millwall.
It is feared he could be out for the rest of the season, although Tottenham remain optimistic he may return to the side before the end of May.
And while the club released a statement on their England international, they did not confirm how long he will be out for.

“We can confirm that Harry Kane sustained ligament damage to his right ankle during Sunday's FA Cup win against Millwall,” the club tweeted.
“The injury is similar to the one suffered by the forward against Sunderland in September last year, however it is not considered to be as severe.
“Harry will continue to be assessed by our medical staff while he undergoes his rehabilitation at our training centre.”

Kane lasted just 10 minutes against Millwall on Sunday
Kane has scored 24 goals for Spurs this season
Kane missed five matches for Spurs earlier this season after suffering an ankle ligament injury. He recovered to score 22 of his 24 goals to date this campaign.
Kane will likely not play for England during the international break, meaning Gareth Southgate will be without his form striker for the friendly against Germany next Wednesday and the World Cup qualifier with Lithuania.
