After beating West Ham 2-1 last night at the London Stadium, the Blues have now opened up a 10-point gap at the top of the table.
The victory was also the 10th without defeat for Conte's men.

Despite turning over the Hammers, Hazard admits his side haven't fine tuned the art of attacking on the break this term on the training ground.
"No we haven't practised it a lot - we have the players to do that," Hazard said.
"Me, Pedro and Diego [Costa] are quick on counter-attack.
"We tried to do the best and do the right thing on the ball. It works well."
