And Italian outlet Calcio Mercato claim the duo will part ways this summer.
Conte has been linked with a return to Italy - where he managed Juventus - to become manager of Inter Milan.

However, Express Sport understands he is line to sign a lucrative new deal at Chelsea after stating that he wants to stay at Chelsea.
But this will spell the end of Fabregas' career at the London club.
He has expressed his desire to stay at in west London but apparently no longer wants to work under Conte.

Calcio Mercato claim Serie A giants Inter are also interested in securing the Spain international's signature after missing out on Conte should they fail to bring in first-choice target Marco Verratti from Paris Saint-Germain.
This will also put Manchester United on red alert with Jose Mourinho reportedly eyeing Fabregas as a potential replacement for Michael Carrick.
Fabregas has started just six Premier League games for Chelsea this season and is contracted to the club until the summer of 2019.
