Barcelona's top managerial target speaks out on his future: He could replace Luis Enrique
SEVILLA boss Jorge Sampaoli admits he's had no contact with Sevilla regarding a contract extension in the wake of Luis Enrique revealing he will step down from Barcelona.

Enrique confirmed he will leave Barcelona this summer, saying he needs a rest after what will be three seasons in charge.
Sampaoli is among the favourites to replace him and is impressing in Seville.
The 56-year-old Argentinian is said to be Lionel Messi's first choice and is on the list along with Max Allegri, Ronald Koeman and Ernesto Valverde.

And he was non-committal when asked about his future today ahead of Sevilla's match with Athletic Bilbao on Sunday.
"Today we are talking about intentions but there is nothing official," he said.

"We, the coaching staff, have a contract that ties us, but the rest [contract extension offers] are intentions that have not been followed up by a formal meeting.
"We need to have, crystal clear, what the club's aims will be, the moves the club will take to play for next year and for the future.
"The truth is that there is not much time to think about anything else but the day-to-day."
