Chelsea currently sit 11 points clear at the top of the Premier League, with closest rivals Manchester City yet to play their game in hand.
Wilkins can't see Chelsea losing another game for the rest of the season and believes their trip to Manchester United on April 15 will wrap up their title.

Antonio Conte's side host third-place City 10 days before but Wilkins is expecting an easy three points for his former club.
"I just can't see teams beating [Chelsea]," Wilkins told Sky Sports. "The biggest game they've got is Man United at Old Trafford."
And when asked if a win over United would secure the title for Chelsea, he added: "It could well be wrapped up.
"We play Manchester City on April 5 at Stamford Bridge. I can't see Chelsea losing at Stamford Bridge to Manchester City - they can't keep a clean sheet.
"And the way these players are playing at the moment they'll run riot against Manchester City I'm sure.
"So [the title] could well be tied up if they were to go to Man United and win."
