Andries Jonker joined Arsenal in 2014 from Wolfsburg where he had been assistant manager.

The managerial position became available this month following the sacking of Valerien Ismael after just four months in charge.

And Jonker was reportedly offered the post over the weekend and has decided to leave London to take the job.
Although there has been no official confirmation of the move, the Gunners expect it to be completed imminently.
Jonker has previously been an assistant to Louis van Gaal at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and with the Dutch national team.
Arsenal are now in the market for a replacement and the Independent claim they have already approached Barca's Pep Segura.
Segura currently works in the La Liga club's youth set-up, overseeing player development for their B team.
Prior to his move to the Nou Camp he was technical manager of Liverpool's academy from 2009 to 2012.
