Luiz is recovering from a knee injury that Conte said he originally picked up against Manchester City at the start of December and which he aggravated at Turf Moor last weekend.
“He is okay, his knee is okay. If you compare his knee after Man City, it has improved a lot,” Conte said of Luiz.
“It is important to keep it under control. He is doing training sessions with a fitness coach.”
Alonso, meanwhile, will be rested for the clash.
Chelsea travel to Wolves tomorrow seeking to make it to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup in manager Conte’s first season in charge.
The Blues last won the FA Cup in 2012 - the seventh time they have lifted the trophy.
