ERIC DIER has warned Tottenham team-mate Dele Alli about leaving the club.

Dele Alli has become a key player at Tottenham in recent seasons.
The 20-year-old recently signed a new contract at Spurs but there is interest in his signature.

But England and Spurs team-mate Dier says Alli can achieve his goals in north London.
“He's still a very young boy, I think people need to remember that," he told Sky Sports.
"He's at the perfect place for that because he's got a support system around him and a manager and a group of players that will take care of him.”
Express Sport understands Manchester City want to sign Alli.
City manager Pep Guardiola is keen to secure the England star in the summer.

But Dier reckons Alli is better placed where he is.
"You have to worry about young players sometimes in certain places if they can cope with it and will they be looked after as a 20-year-old boy and not just an asset,” he added.
"I think he's very well looked after here and hopefully he will be for a long time."
