Antoine Griezmann's worrying statement about the Premier League
ANTOINE GRIEZMANN has cooled speculation linking him with a move to the Premier League by admitting he is unsure about life in England.
Manchester United and Chelsea want to sign Antoine Griezmann
Express Sport understands both Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in signing Griezmann.
The Atletico Madrid star, 25, would likely cost a worlds-record transfer fee to prise him away from Spain.
He has been regularly asked about his future ever since the summer, when he was named Player of the Tournament at Euro 2016.
Barcelona and Real Madrid are also said to be interested in Griezmann, as are Paris Saint-Germain.
And the France international admits England does not tempt him.
“I have a lot of doubts about moving to England,” he told RMC.
“With Real Sociedad, I felt that I needed to leave.
“For the moment, I do not know where that desire came from.
“Who knows how the season will finish. If it finishes badly, maybe I will ask myself the question. For the moment, it is not relevant.”

Clive Allen: Griezmann will set Premier League alight
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has Griezmann down as his No 1 target for the summer, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Marcus Rashford and Wayne Rooney all facing insecure futures at Old Trafford.
Griezmann has also been mooted as a possible replacement for Diego Costa if the Spain international decides to quit Chelsea.
Atletico say they don't want to sell Griezmann and would certainly reject any offer coming from rivals Real.
But a move to Barcelona may suit the player, with the Nou Camp giants yet to pin down Lionel Messi to a new contract.
Asked what he will be doing for Valentines Day this evening, Griezmann added: "I’ll be watching PSG v Barca. It’s a shame for my wife who would have certainly preferred to go to a restaurant."
