DAVID LUIZ has sparked injury concerns after posting a picture of himself appearing to receive medical treatment.

David Luiz is known to be carrying a knee problem but has played every minute of Chelsea's last 21 Premier League games.
Antonio Conte called the 29-year-old a "warrior" for the way he has handled the injury in recent weeks.
However, Luiz wore strapping around his right leg during the 1-1 draw with Burnley and was seen limping at stages of the game.

And the Brazil international seems to have finally succumbed to the injury after he posted a photo of himself wearing a hospital gown on social media.
The centre-half uploaded a picture of himself to his instagram story in full hospital attire along with the caption "let's do it".
Luiz could now miss Saturday's FA Cup clash with Wolves at Molineux (5.30pm).
“He is showing his real value,” Conte said.
“He’s a warrior… I’m pleased with his performances. It’s important for him, for Chelsea and for me [that he plays].
“I like to repeat to all my players – you need a lot of time to be something important and you can have only one minute to disrupt all this."
