The Black Cats were beaten 4-0 by the Saints on a torrid afternoon at the Stadium of Light.
They will go Stateside in a bid to boost morale and their chances of Premier League survival.

And Moyes has admitted Trump is welcome to come and visit the team during their stay in New York.
"If Donald Trump wants to come and see the boys, he's very welcome," Moyes said.
"Maybe we'll go to Trump Tower, see if we can get anywhere near it."

However, the US president could be too busy to make the trip.
Trump is currently involved in an immigration row as he aims to ban citizens of certain countries from travelling to the US.
