Mina Rrzouki: Potential Arsenal manager Allegri better than Conte
Arsenal dropped further behind leaders Chelsea on Saturday when they lost 3-1 at Stamford Bridge.
Fans held banners calling on Wenger to stand down and the club are understood to be considering their options should the Frenchman walk away.
Allegri, along with RB Leipzig boss Ralph Hasenhuttl, Thomas Tuchel and Eddie Howe have all been mentioned as potential successors.
And Allegri today refused to rule out a move to north London.
“I won’t deny or confirm anything,” he said.
“I am in sync with the club, now we have to focus on winning. At this time of the season the media always says I’m leaving, even when things are going really well.”
Allegri, 49, has been at Juve since 2014 and has won two Serie A titles.
