MANCHESTER UNITED defender Sadiq El Fitouri has joined League One outfit Chesterfield on loan.

El Fitouri featured 11 times for Nicky Butt's Under-23s this season but will now spend the rest of the campaign at Chesterfield.
The Libya international was on the bench for Monday's 3-1 defeat to Everton in Premier League 2 but has now secured a move to the Proact Stadium.

The 22-year-old full-back has already spoken to Chesterfield manager Gary Caldwell, who chose the 22-year-old due to his ability to play out from the back.
"I'm very pleased to be here," he told Chesterfield's official website.
"After training on Tuesday, I got a phone call saying that Chesterfield were interested.
"I thought that it would be a great opportunity to come here and show what I can do.
"I spoke to the manager [Gary Caldwell] and he told me that he was happy to sign me.
"And he told me that he likes the philosophy of working with young players and to play out from the back."
