When asked about Reus joining the Gunners, Zorc told German newspaper Bild: "I won’t waste my time with half-baked stuff.
"It’s not known to me that Marco wants to leave us."
If Reus were to join the Gunners he would find himself in good company, with fellow Germans Mesut Ozil, Per Mertesacker and Shkodran Mustafi already at the club.
However, the winger is tied to Dortmund for another two-and-a-half years with his current deal running until June 2019.
The 27-year-old is having a tough season with the Bundesliga club and has missed much of the campaign due to a groin injury.
He has made just six league appearances this term but has performed well, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
