Crystal Palace boss speaks out on loan deal for Liverpool outcast Mamadou Sakho
CRYSTAL PALACE boss Sam Allardyce has provided an update on a loan deal for Liverpool's Mamadou Sakho.
Mamadou Sakho showcases his sharp defending skills
The Liverpool defender travelled to London earlier today after being frozen out of Jurgen Klopp's plans.
Sakho, who earned £100,000 a week at Liverpool, is widely expected to complete a deal with Crystal Palace before tonight's 11pm deadline.
However, speaking after Palace's 2-0 victory over Bournemouth earlier this evening, Sam Allardyce admits the window has been a 'distraction'.

Kone is a possibility as well as Sakho from Liverpool, but I don't know where we are with them
"Kone is a possibility as well as Sakho from Liverpool, but I don't know where we are with them," Allardyce said.
"It's been a distraction today."
Wages were initially thought to be a stumbling point for the Eagles, however there appears to have been broad agreement over personal terms.
Meanwhile, Palace wrapped up a deal for Serbian midfielder Luka Milivojevic this evening, who penned a three-and-a-half-year contract and signed for an undisclosed fee.
