Manchester United great speaks out over Wayne Rooney's future at the club
FORMER Manchester United star Phil Neville was left red-faced after being called out over a sly dig about Wayne Rooney's future.

Neville was discussing Rooney's future after it was suggested by Gary Lineker the striker could turn to management after he retires.
However Manchester United and Everton star Neville is uncertain whether Rooney would be suited to a life in the dugout.
Speaking about the 31-year-old’s future with BBC Lineker, Alan Shearer and Kevin Kilbane, Neville said he would “worry” about Rooney as a manager.
“He only knows football,” Neville said which left Lineker confused.

The host hit back at the remark as he replied: “That’s a bit harsh!”
He joked: “I worry about forwards going into management!”
Both Shearer and Lineker, two of English football's most successful strikers, chuckled as Neville suggested they were a "different breed".
Rooney recently became the club's leading goal scorer after netting against Hull last week.
The striker has previously said that once he finishes playing he would turn to management.

The panelists were speaking after Manchester United beat Wigan 4-0 at home to book their place in the FA Cup fifth round.
Shearer, clearly still frustrated by Neville’s dig, took his opportunity to hit back at his one-time England teammate.
The former Newcastle and Blackburn striker said: “I worry about full-backs going into coaching.”
However, Neville was sharp to respond as he said “I was a midfielder,” which left the pair giggling.
