The 28-year-old, who extended his contract with the Bundesliga champions until 2021 last month, has scored against Arsene Wenger's side in the past for both Bayern and Borussia Dortmund.
This will be the fourth meeting between the two sides at the last 16 stage and Bayern have progressed on each occasion.

But Lewandowski insists Bayern must not take Arsenal for granted as he outlined his biggest wish in the Champions League is for Bayern's stars to be available at this vital stage of the competition.
"We must have every player available for the most important phase - that is my biggest wish," Lewandowski told Sport Bild.
"And we also need to be on top form when it matters most.
Lewandowski has scored five goals for Bayern in the Champions League so far this season
"But firstly we need to concentrate on Arsenal -- that's going to be a really difficult task."
The first leg will be played at the Allianz Arena in Munich on February 15, with the return taking place at Emirates Stadium in London on March 7.
Lewandowski has scored five goals in 14 Champions League appearances for Bayern this season.
