Italian website CalcioMercato claim Tottenham representatives recently met with the player's agent, Marco De Marchi, in London to discuss his availability.
De Marchi also represents Spurs target Andrea Ranocchia, and used the meeting to discuss both players.

Pinamonti, 18, is considered to be one of Italy's brightest prospects having netted 14 goals in 13 Primavera C fixtures.
Despite his obvious talent, the Italy Under-19 international's future at the San Siro is uncertain.
