This is how Wayne Rooney celebrated breaking Manchester United's goalscoring record
WAYNE ROONEY hit his 250th Manchester United goal to rescue a draw against Stoke on Saturday.
Mourinho: Rooney is a club legend after breaking record
Rooney came off the bench to blast home a last-minute free kick to ensure Manchester United's unbeaten run goes on.
His stunning strike means he is now United's all-time leading scorer, overtaking the record previously held by Sir Bobby Charlton.
Rooney's antics off the field have sometimes lowered his standing among United fans.
He was once pictured urinating in the street and famously angered Louis van Gaal by staging a boxing fight inside his own home.

Many would expect Rooney would greet such an occasion by partying hard.
But proof the former Everton striker has mellowed came via his wife Coleen's Twitter account.
Instead of hitting the booze, the England captain instead enjoyed a quiet night in with his family.
"Celebrations tonight ..... A Take away, The Voice and Kids hanging off his neck ??????" Coleen said on Twitter.

Rooney also took to Twitter himself to acknowledge the thanks of the United supporters.
"Just seen this, very proud reaching 250 goals," he said.
"Thanks to everyone who’s helped me on this journey #Justdoit."
