Chelsea were linked with a move for Marco Verratti last month and had reportedly made the Paris Saint-Germain star their No 1 transfer target.
Reports suggested Antonio Conte was keen to land the 24-year-old and the Blues were readying a £30million bid.
However, the Italy international's agent Donato Di Campoli has since dashed any clubs' hopes of luring him away from PSG.
