Chelsea are said to be keen on the 19-year-old to add support for Marcos Alonso, but Manchester City and Arsenal have also been credited with an interest.
Tierney, who has been in demand since his impressive performance against City in the Champions League earlier this season, is expected to cost £10million.
Chelsea have three players lined up to replace Diego Costa
Chelsea have reportedly put Everton striker Romelu Lukaku at the top of their shortlist if they lose Diego Costa in the summer.
The Spain international was subject of an £80million bid from the Chinese Super League last week and is said to be keen on leaving Stamford Bridge.
The Mirror claim Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez and Real Madrid's Alvaro Morata are also potential targets to replace Chelsea's leading goalscorer.
Chelsea and Liverpool interested in Inter Milan's Geoffrey Kondogbia
According to France Football, Chelsea and Liverpool have made contact with Inter Milan about a move for midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia.
The France international joined Inter for £22m in the summer of 2015 from Monaco but has started just nine Serie A games this season.
And the 23-year-old midfielder is reportedly desperate to leave the San Siro in search of regular game time, with the likes of Ever Banega and Joao Mario ahead of him in the pecking order.
And he could be offered a lifeline at either Chelsea or Liverpool, but the report adds the Premier League pair have other targets who higher up on their wish list.
