CHELSEA striker Patrick Bamford is undergoing a medical at Middlesbrough ahead of a January move.
Everything you need to know about Patrick Bamford
Bamford, 23, wants to leave Chelsea in search of first-team football.
Middlesbrough are thought to have agreed a £10million deal for the player, who enjoyed a successful loan stint at the Riverside earlier in his career.
And Sky Sports News claim the deal is all in place and that Bamford is currently having a medical.
According to the report, the medical is expected to be completed tonight ahead of his move from Chelsea.
Middlesbrough are prepared to offer Bamford a five-year contract to quit west London for Teeside.
Bamford returned from his loan stint at Middlesbrough - during which he won the Championship Player of the Year award and helped the club reach the playoff finals - in the summer of 2015.

But attempts to force his way into the first team failed and he spent last season on loan at Crystal Palace and then Norwich.
A brief loan spell at Burnley this term, which saw the forward play just six times, was ended in order to facilitate Middlesbrough's bid.
