Leeds owner Andrea Radrizzani confirms contract talks have begun for key man
LEEDS are in talks to extend Garry Monk's contract, according to new owner Andrea Radrizzani.

Gary Monk joined Leeds in June 2016, penning a one-year deal to replace Steve Evans.
The former Swansea manager has since become a huge success at Elland Road, with the club currently sitting third in the Championship.
And new Leeds owner Andrea Radrizzani has revealed the club are keen to tie the 37-year-old down to a new long-term contract.

"It's not a big issue, to be honest. We are in communication – myself, Massimo Cellino and Garry Monk," Radrizzani said.
"I see that all the three parties are convinced and have the intention to stay together.
"Sooner or later we will sit down.
"At the moment, everyone is focused on the day-to-day work.

Monk has overseen 15 league wins, three draws and eight defeats in his 26 league games in charge of Leeds this season.
His current contract is set to expire in June 2017.
