Arsenal midfielder jets into Glasgow to complete Rangers move
JON TORAL jetted into Glasgow last night to clinch his loan move to Rangers.

The Spanish playmaker was tight-lipped as he touched down at Glasgow Airport ahead of sealing a switch from Arsenal for the rest of the campaign.
The 21-year-old’s move to the Light Blues gathered pace yesterday when the Gunners recalled him from a loan spell with La Liga strugglers Granada, where he played just six times.
Rangers manager Mark Warburton had been keen to strengthen his midfield options during the January transfer window following the departure of Joey Barton and injuries to Niko Kranjcar and Jordan Rossiter.

He has already brought in Bournemouth midfielder Emerson Hyndman on a loan deal until the end of the season.Raith Rovers centre-back David Bates is also being lined up for a permanent switch to Ibrox.
The 20-year-old spent the first half of the campaign on loan with the Light Blues, featuring for the development side as well as occasionally providing defensive cover on the bench for the first team.
Rovers boss Gary Locke admits he cannot stand in the young defender’s way after he was offered an 18-month deal.

Locke said: “It’s an unbelievable move for the lad.”
Meanwhile, Joe Garner will have a scan today on the shoulder he dislocated during the defeat to Celtic on Hogmanay.
Warburton said: “We’re very hopeful that the way Joe has recovered dramatically, in terms of the strength he has shown and the movement in the limb already, means we get good news from the scan and it won’t keep him out too long.”
