CHELSEA boss Antonio Conte is a great manager because he is focused, according to Carlo Ancelotti.

Antonio Conte played under Carlo Ancelotti at Juventus for two years between 1999 and 2001, captaining the side.
And Ancelotti has admitted the 46-year-old’s qualities as a player meant he was always destined for great things as a manager.
“Chelsea had a bad season but now the players are motivated,” Ancelotti said.

"The manager put new ideas of football and good chemistry and they were able to have a really good result.
“[They have] a lot of possibility to win the Premier League this year.
"I think that Conte had this kind of quality, also for his style of play. He was a really tactical player.
“He was intelligence on the pitch, really focused.

Conte has enjoyed huge success since taking charge of Chelsea in the summer, leading them to the top of the Premier League.
The Blues are five points clear of second-place Liverpool and enjoyed a 13-game winning streak which came to an end in the 2-0 defeat to Tottenham last week.
