Arsene Wenger confirms this Arsenal player could feature in FA Cup after injury lay-off
DANNY WELBECK is set to make his Arsenal comeback in the FA Cup on Saturday.
Arsenal's Danny Welbeck is back in training after injury
Welbeck is fit after nine months out with a knee injury and could now feature in the third-round tie at Preston.
The striker, 26, has been back in training with the first-team since mid-December. And although Welbeck is likely to be among the substitutes, his return comes as a major boost for club and country.

Arsene Wenger has said Denny Welbeck could feature against Preston
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger said: “He could play. It depends on how Danny feels. Physically his fitness is at quite a good level.
"Of course the ideal way is to give him two or three games with the Under-23s. But the situation is not always ideal, sometimes you have to hurry up.”
Welbeck’s imminent return has been tempered with the news that Francis Coquelin (hamstring) is facing up to four weeks out.
Fellow midfielder Santi Cazorla, who had been pencilled in to play later this month, has suffered a setback in his recovery from ankle surgery.
