And according to La Parisian reporter Florian Fieschi the Blues will make an offer to bring the Frenchman to Stamford Bridge.
"Chelsea are preparing a very big offer for Tiemoue Bakayoko," Fieschi tweeted.
"Player does not want to leave but offer to come anyway."
