Rio Ferdinand sends message to Patrice Evra asking about shock Manchester United return
RIO FERDINAND has teased Manchester United fans by tweeting Patrice Evra about a return to Old Trafford.

Ferdinand and Evra were Manchester United team-mates for eight-and-a-half years between 2005 and 2014.
During that time they won five Premier League titles as well as the Champions League in 2008.
The two established themselves as fan favourites and both departed the club at the same time in the summer of 2014.
Evra opted for a move to Juventus while Ferdinand enjoyed a stint at Championship side Queens Park Rangers.

However, while Ferdinand is now retired, Evra is still going strong.
The left-back's future in Turin is uncertain and with his contract up in the summer there has been speculation he could be about to rejoin United.
And Ferdinand has posted a message to Evra fuelling talk about a sensational return.
"Throwing it out there... @patrice.evra I'm hearing thru social media u coming home bro?!? Talk to me!" Ferdinand put on Instagram.

Evra is a social media star these days after a series of amusing posts.
Whether it be dressing up as a panda, posting memes or dressing up as a woman, the 35-year-old does not take things too seriously.
And the defender posted a picture of a monkey with his tongue sticking out as a means of remaining coy about his future.
"Only my monkey knows what's will happening next I love this game ahahahahahahah."
