Lucas Perez starts for Arsenal as manager Arsene Wenger seeks to kick off 2017 with a win over Crystal Palace.
Perez, 28, has not started in the Premier League since September.
The forward replaces Mesut Ozil in the Gunners attack, with Olivier Giroud playing as the central striker and Aleix Sanchez and Alex Iwobi behind the Frenchman.

Theo Walcott is out of the clash with a calf problem, while Kieron Gibbs has a knee injury.
Shkodran Mustafi is fit for the Gunners and makes the bench but there is still no return in sight for Danny Welbeck.
As for Crystal Palace, Damien Delaney is suspended for the clash, with James Tomkins filling in.
Other than that manager Sam Allardyce has named the same Xi that drew 1-1 with Watford on Boxing Day.
Mathieu Flamini starts in midfield against his former club.
